  1. Who we are

Poppins is a service operated by Poppins AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of Poppins.

  1. Beta service

Poppins is currently in closed beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Features may change, break, or be removed during the beta period. We will give you 14 days' notice before any material change to your account or to charging.

  1. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Poppins. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We use your phone number (verified via WhatsApp) as your account identity.

  1. Acceptable use

You may use Poppins for personal, non-commercial family logistics. You may not use Poppins to: send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful messages; impersonate others; or attempt to access other users' accounts.

  1. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to Poppins (emails, messages, photos, voice notes). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.

  1. AI-generated content

Poppins generates drafts of email replies and calendar events. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any draft before it is sent. We are not liable for the content of any email you send after reviewing a Poppins draft.

  1. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by saying "delete me" to Poppins on WhatsApp, or by emailing paul@itspoppins.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.

  1. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  1. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
